1. When you can cancel
The window is short, and it starts at purchase:
In the window — cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After the window — past 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible. The order may already have been processed or shipped.
2. How to ask for one
Two steps, in order:
Contact support — reach the customer service team immediately with your Order Number.
Wait for the check — support verifies the status of that order and confirms whether it is eligible.
3. When your refund arrives
Once the cancellation is approved:
Where it goes — back to your original payment method.
How long it takes — allow 7–14 business days for processing and for the amount to appear in your account.
